Guest House Info and Reservations
The guest house is available for your guests to use at a rate of $75 for the first night and $50 for each additional night stay. See the calendar below for availability. Scroll down to reserve, using our online form.
Please remember to pick up the key the evening before your reservation. Call 605-359-7863 and leave a message to coordinate pick up of keys at 1005 Newport.
(Check-out time will be 12:00 p.m. unless otherwise requested.)
Payment, to Silver Park Place HOA, and key can be left in the dues box, in the mail house, at checkout.
